Timtara.com — regarding order not deliver

I have purchase a tablet from timtara.com with following details
Order Status: Awaiting Shipment
Order Date:[protected] @ 8:50 PM
Order Recipient: pushpa gupta
Order Total: Rs. 16,890 INR

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 Wi-Fi, 3G, 16GB

After call more then 100 times on his call center i am not able get this product till date.

every time i call to his call center they told me we are in process to ship your order. I am not the only person who are facing this problem there more then 1000 customer have same problem. I saw your program it very effective if you guy contact with timtara.com .

i want to know also what is the procedure for consumer court complain.

your feedback is very importent. Please take a action against the company who is cheating customer.
