I have placed an order on timtara.com for Seagate Backup Plus 1TB Hard Drive on 3 jan 2013. Its already 56 days and still the product is not deliver. I have called multiple times to check the status.Now they are not responding my call. Timtara — Not received the Part and not refunding the amount
HI,I have ordered the Mobile in TIMTARA order no :10323912 on 11/10/2012 and on daily basis am doing follow ups with timtara customer care , Am not getting any information & several time i have requested them to cancel the order and to refund the amount still I have not got any update or reply from them.

The same thing happened with me.I have ordered a tablet from timtara.com and paid 8200rs. using credit card. It has been 2 months. They are not delivering the product neither refunding the money. Please guide us, what action can we take on such fraud cases?
Can we go to consumer court for this?

Shame on them. Since I am a co-sufferer & my office is in Noida, I thought of paying timtara office a visit today.

I'm also suffering from this timtara.com, i have ordered Samsung mobile costing around Rs. 4000/- about 2 months ago still didnt received my product.
What should i think? I think i lost my money.
Please help us to find such fraud people.
