Respected Sir, My self Ashish Ahuja, and i placed a order on timtara online website on 21 june 2012 ( a samsung Refrigerator worth 16450/ ) my order detail are timtara - Order #10275200 Your order details are shown below. Your Order Order Status: Awaiting Shipment Order Date:[protected] @ 11:02 AM Order Recipient: ashish Order Total: Rs. 16,450 INR Billing Details ashish gurgaon, india Shipping Details ashish ahuja ashish ahuja s/o munish ahuja HnO-699 sector-40, near shoppimg complex gurgaon. [protected] gurgaon, HARYANA 122002 India And till 4 July , 2012 I placed three complained on timtara website for non- delivery .from the 23 june website shows that my order is ready for shipment but on 5th july I got a call from Mr. RAJA from [protected] and he said that we are sorry to serve you that modal which are select by me and he mail me another modal and also give me assurance on mail that another modal is delivered to me till 6th july , On 6th july Mr. Raja again assured me to delivered the same on time. I try more then 50 times to confirm the timing but he didn’t pick phone and also not answer mails. On 7th I again mail him for confirmation but he didn’t reply me. According to my experience and information gathered after searching about the company I found that ,this company is a fraud company and want to misuse the customer money ,or cheated the customer Co. played with the emotion of customer ,and make fool of the customer ,you can check all conversation in trail mail. Actually I leave out side and I want this refrigerator for my ill father ,daily I gave assurance to father because you know what type of summer in gurgaon . And I order this after reading the comment which is present on TimTara website that shows customer got there ordered in 3 to 4 days. Timtara customer care are totally zero, because they don’t want to help the customer ,I think timtara pay for their customer care for making people fool.
