I have ordered this product on 16th july from timtara .com but i havnt received my product within the given date so i cancelled the order and asked for refund but they are not refunding the money.

I have also purchased MP3 player on 28.03.2012 in Timtara.com website. they have told, product is out of stock, i have cancelled the product.

From that time onwards, they are saying - we are processing your refund. when ever calling, we are esclating your complaint, will get your refund.
