Dear Sir,
We have purchased the optical from Fashion Optics, Mumbai considering branded product, but we feel very sorry to say that your persons are irresponsable to attend the complaint. As the nose pad of the frame was repaired once. But unfortunately second time when it broked they refused to repair the same broken nose pad saying it is beyond repair, by giving excuse of mishandling, carelessness etc.
Please strickly look in this matter and resolve the same. (copy of invoice attached)
