Today was the death of my titan eye+ frame I had purchased from Jayanagar branch in March 2008. The Journey that the frame made it this far was tough, with constant problems of screws coming out of it, and I having to frequently repair them. The frame costed me more than Rs.3000, + additional costs for the glass, altogether amounting to about Rs. 6000, and it lasted only for little more than a year. I have had specs bought from much smaller shop for much lesser amounts, and have lasted for 5 years and more. However, the ones from Titan Eye doesn't have that quality at all, and I would like to say it's very very poor. I believe it must be a tactic of Titan Eye so that people buy new frames just after 1 year, cause they dont give guarantee after 1 year. So, today when I went to their shop, with my broken specs (the side rod broke off at the joint without any reason, on casual usage) they said to buy new spec as the current specs is outside the warranty.
I would like to file this as a formal complaint, and would like to discourage anybody from investing in Titan Eye frames.

Titan Eye — Non receipt of Bill for Purchase
I have ordered for specs on 14 th sept at Vashi store of TITANEYE+ and got the delivery of the same on21 st sept without THE BILL(INVOICE) till date (4the Oct) despite of numerous phone calls on the pertex 0f computer is not responding or courier not available
