[Resolved] Titan Eye+ — Wrong Rx prescription | |
I have undergone an eye testing at titan eye+(DSNR) dated[protected] and further bought the lenses according to the prescription they provided. They charged me Rs.650 (bill no: AGR0000500 and sales order no:THDN000712). Now the issue is, I have been using the specs since 2 years and my actual sight is (right: -1 , left: -1.25). After taking the eye test from them they said that my eye sight has been decreased to right: -0.75, left: -1.00. It’s just seems like 8th wonder and I asked them how come sight will be reduced, if there is any change in the eye sight it should be increased or should remain same as before. For that they replied their computer report will never be wrong. Having lot of hope on the brand name (TITAN) and the slogan ‘zero error eye testing’, I purchased the lens there itself. After the specs are delivered, to my surprise I am unable to view the distant objects clearly. Then for my clarification I have taken a second opinion from another optometrist and the report according to him was my eye sight has been increased further than actual i.e, right: -1.25, left: -1.50. I went back to TITAN EYE + showroom and reported about the problem for which they replied they will go according to their computer prescription itself and the report would never be wrong and if I feel that I have problem with the lens, then I have to purchase the new one and they are not ready to replace. Because, of the wrong report again I have to spend to buy the new one with no fault of mine. Hence, I request titan to look into this and replace my faulty lens with the ones according to the current sight Was this information helpful? | |
