[Resolved]  Titan Eye+ — Frame got broke

Dear sir,

I had bought a spectacle from titan eye + from kalkaji. h8 b main road new delhi - 19
The frame got broke from the joint.
I had requested them to change / repair it but they refused saying that it is not a
Manufacturing defect.
How can they just get away from their responsibility after selling a product
Of poor quality.
