Hi, Myself Arup Narayan Nanda from kolkata. I have purchased one pair of glasses alongwith frame from Titan Eye+, Laketown store in February 2010 by spending Rs. 5425/-. In the month of May 2010 the frame had lost colour from different spots. I have lodged a complaint through email and visited the store for replacement. They have assured me to give me the replacement within 25 days, but i got the same after 28 days. And it is a matter of shame that, the new replacement had again lost its colour. Now when I am asking for refund of my money, they are not even replying to my mails. Can I file a case in consumer court on this basis against them, please reply. Was this information helpful? |
I could have very well purchased some cheap spectacles worth 750 rupees from any other optician. But i chose to spend almost four times the amount with a trust that i will get dependable product from Titan; but i was incorrect. They are now so rude to me and it is very sad to hear such a negative and unreasonable response from a person as senior as the head of customer service. First two days the people in local showroom just refused to divulge any contact information of any of their seniors. Also, the customer care number is not in a working condition. It is so shocking. Why would i or anybody else buy such a costly product and then regret.
So shocking to hear such a response from such a reputed organization like the Tatas. Can some senior management personnel pls help me. Thanks - [protected]@gmail.com
