[Resolved]  Titan Eye — Not Happy with the Plastic Frame

Dear Concern, I bough one set of Plastic Frame & Lances from your Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Store than after some time i found the frame is not in a right shape i complaint to store first time they are convincing me that their is no problem, when i again use the same i found the same problem the frame is not fitted on my nose and frame shape is not right than i again went to your store representative (Ms. Malhotra) told me that these specs need service after six month OK i agree but when they send me to lab assistant he told me that plastic frame will always give you the loose problem it will always loose from you nose when i tell the same to your representative he just change the frame because it is not in a right shape also i again went to my house again i am facing the loose problem i lock the complaint to customer care they gave me complaint number 00027242 and it is quite long back but still there is no response from your side, kindly do the needful i am not happy with Titan Eye + i will take some serious action on this if nothing will happen in couple of days.
