Dear Sir,
I purchased a Gents wrist watch (Fast Track - Variant No- 1172SL05) at a titan showroom (World of TITAN Thane) on 26th June 2010 with 5 years extended warranty. After 2 months my watch stop working, so i have visited the showroom's service desk, they inspected the watch and when asked about the same they said there is no issue with battery, problem with the machine and they kept the watch for 10 days for repair. On 11th Oct 2010,when I visited the service desk, i found my watch is working but observed a gap between inner dial and frame(They were arguing on that gap is not a big issue, so I asked them to show me another same watch and if both are identical then i will take my watch back. but they don’t have the same model available), Now a new call is logged(Details below) and now they said it will take another 1 month and given me receipt with approx Delivery Date - 11/11/2010.
Now as on 11/11/2010 when I visited the Titan showroom I found that my watch is still not repaired and is still with them. What to do now?
My Request:
I want the damaged watch to be repaired/replaced at the earliest & a proper training be given to the guys in the showroom(Service Desk) about the etiquette of handling a customer.

Fast Track Watch of TITAN — Repair of Fast Track Watch
Since last six month, I've complained for My watch belt has been broken. Now, need to be change the belt of our watch. I also ready to expcence required amt for changes. But still, nobodies giving proper reply.
