[Resolved] Titan Gents Watch — rude behaviour of shop keeper and against the mis statement being passed

i got titan watch as a gift from my aunt. i was not in town when she bought it on 25/06/2009 from THE WORLD OF TITAN "KHERA SALES CORPORATION, G-1, JANAKPURI DISTICT CENTRE NEW DELHI 110058 . Shop owner gave a option to get it exchanged if it don't look suitable. Today when i came back from my trip and received my gift, i didnot like the design so i went to the shop to get the watch replaced. the owner didnot agree to exchange it and said very roudely that we wont exchange your watch as it is used. owner was herself not able to clerify her statement that from where the watch was used. i would like to take an action against the rude behaviour of shop keeper and against the mis statement being passed by her. regards, AKSHAT JAIN [protected] Was this information helpful? Please check the doc. No.s it shows in your system it was delivered actually it was not delivered to the customer. but in your area office (Hubli)Area office Mr. Girish V. Desai they are saying that they resent to bomby but they are not providing the resent Doc No. pleasse confirm as ealy as possible.
