Titan — No service | |||
I had bought a Titan from authorised Titian showroom in Dombivili Easr. Tilak Nagar. around May 2012. After 2-3months it started lagging, giving wrong time. Since it was in warranty period i went to the dealer and he said its mechanical problem and need to be sent to company. He assured me that i will get the watch by 24Aug-12. But as of date 05.10.2012 i have not received by watch. Most pathetic thing is that they dont even follow-up. Its customers mistake that they buy goods and expect services on same i guess. This is second instance with Titan watch and hence forth i swear i would never ever buy such a third class brand. No quality....No service.....Only high cost. Its good that retail is opening up. These people need to loose their business, till then they wont understand the importance of customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
