Dear Sir / Madam,

I regret to inform you that since more than 2 years I am making complaints with you regarding pin of belt which are loose but no proper attention is given result of which my Wrist Watch has fallen down for more than 10 times but fortunately not misplaced and broken.

The Complaints are more than ten times, out of which few Bills/Voucher has been misplaced by me. I am having some record of my repeated Complaints, for the one and only one problem, which are as under :

It is hereby inform you that your service staff has suggested me to do not use this watch as daily use as this watch is made only for the occasionally use for party purposes which I do not agree. Also please through light on this aspect. I think there is no other alternate than to change the stripe.

Titan Watch — FAULTY MODEL

PURCHASED WATCH MODEL 2352YM01 COSTING RS.6000/- ON DATE 2/6/2008 FROM NGDA WATCHES PVT.LTD,SHANKARNAGAR NAGPUR.FAIILED ON SECOND DAY OF PURCHASE,CHANGED MACHINE INSIDE WATCH.AGAIN FAILED 2 TIMES CHANGED MACHINE ALL THE TIME.NOW AGAIN IN SERVICE CENTER FROM DATE 4/4/10.
WE PURCHASED BECAUSE OF BRAND NAME BUT NOW NOT BELIVED ON TITAN BRAND.PL.DO THE NEEDFULL IF ANYBODY IS THERE TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT.WE WANT MODEL CHAGE.thanks.

i bought a watch from india(ludhiana) city for 4000 INR on 29th January 2010, it was broken so they changed it, its again stop working so they again changed it, its again stop working so they sent it for repairence and I got it back after 1month it was working for some hours only but 1 stone was missing and now its not working again can anybody please help me. i can't believe this its a titan its having a big name in the market. is anybody here to hear me plzzzzzzzzzzz... somebody do something...
