Dear Sir, I bought a wrist watch worth Rs. 3500 in tital show room gulbarga. Same day Dial (outer top portion) gone band (broken edge, since it was made of glass i realized). I went back to the show room and shown the fault, they never took it back and since I'm living in bangalore i went to bangalore and begged for exchange because outer what is called Dial is made up of glass. They said it cannot be expunge u can get it gulbarga and do the same. But i called gulbarga showroom people they told it cannot be exchanged (within 1 week). I get it repaired it by paying 250 rupees more. Now i am in Hamburg Germany. Today to my surprise I'm seeing my watch Dial broken (seen a think broken line). What to do i am totally go foolish after buying Titan watch. If possible please help me the watch has manufacture defect because glass made dials will not be safe i don't understand how designer came up this stupid idea of making glass dial (after its breakage only i realized that it is made of glass that very cheap quality) Was this information helpful? | |||
