SIR,I BOUGHT A TITAN RAGA WATCH FROM TITAN SHOWROOM IN DINDAYAL CITY MALL IN GWALIOR LAST YEAR .MY WATCH MODEL NO IS N2463YM02.AFTER ONE WEEK WATCH STARETED IRREGULAR RUNNING.I WENT TO THE SAME SERVICE CENTRE CUM SHOWROOM.THE PERSON TOLD ME TO COME ONE DAY LETTER.AFTER ONE DAY HE TOLD ME THAT BATTERY WAS FAULTY AND HE HAS REPLACED THE BATTERY.BUT AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM EXIST.NOW,AGAIN I WENT TO THEM LAST MONTH AND TOLD ABOUT THE WATCH.HE OPENEND THE WATCH IN FRONT OF ME AND ACCUSED ME THAT I HAVE GIVEN THIS WATCH TO LOCAL SHOPS FOR REPAIR AS THE BATTERY AND FEW PARTS WERE NOT ORIGINAL.HE REPARIED BUT TOOK 215 RUPEES FROM ME.I WANT TO ASK THAT WHY WILL PAY A SINGLE PENNY AS MY WATCH IS UNDER WARRANTY.AND I AM SURE THAT MY WATCH PARTS WERE STOLE ON THAT SERVICE CENTRE.I WANT THAT AUTHOURITY SHOULD TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THAT SHOWROOM OR ITS DEALER. Amul Milk price(MRP)is Rs.15/- for per 1/2 kg in mumbai/maharashtra but it is sale at Rs.16/- in our area i.e Ulhasnagar(All the retail shops in Ulhasnagar) . Why pay 7%(Aprox) extra for per half kg.
