[Resolved]  TNT EXPRESS — CONSIGNMENT LOST

We had two consgnments coming in from Germany vide Docket Nos :[protected] &[protected], which was consigned on 02.10.2008 & 25.09.2008 respectively.

Out of which we got delivery of[protected] on 15.10.2008 for which they took our company's sign & stamp on POD and the parcel vide[protected] is not delivered till today.

The people in TNT before said that it has been lost and we are ready to get it free of cost from Germany but never gave it in writting and to our shock, on 21.10.2008 they sent us a mail with an attachment of POD which contained Docket No. :[protected] and our company's sign & stamp.

After this when we asked them to show us the signed & stamped PODs of both our consignment i.e. vide Docket Nos.[protected] &[protected], then they said that they dont have the POD for the later as the person who delivered it was new and had forgot the papers at your stores.

With this it is quite evident that on 15.10.2008 when they came here to deliver consignment vide[protected], they must have written Docket No[protected] and the person at stores had signed &stamped in ignorance.

We would like to mention one more thing i.e. they have collected the Cheque for Taxes/Duties for Docket No. :[protected] and have not yet called us for collecting cheque for[protected]. We would like to know some more instances of this sorts where TNT had delivered to non-regular Customers without taking the required cheque.

This is a case of FORGING and making the customers fool. No one in TNT has turned up since than, we have all sorts of proof of correspondence we had with TNT.
