[Resolved]  TNT EXPRESS — Non delivery of the Consignment

I am very sorry to state that above AWB #[protected]# is still lying in Singapore without the fault of shipper/ consignee. May I know reason what TNT Express is doing for this consignment.
The consignment was shipped with great hope and same has vanished the image and PT Sunson is loosing heavily due to lare arrival of the material and there is no communication from your side in writing when the same is reached to Sumedang/Indonesia.
