[Resolved] To, AGM, SBI,CPPC, Chandni Chowk — Non -Despatch of original papers and pension file to new banker | |||
Sir , I got my pension account trasfered from SBI, NCERT Complex, New delhi, to HDFC Bank ltd, Khandsa road Gurgaon during 5/2010.Accordingly,the link branch SBI, CPPC , Chandni chowk sent my PPO copy(PPO no.[protected] in original alongwith Photo copies of my SSAs, specimen signatures and l/hand impressions to my new banker.As per norms the old banker has to forward all the originals including pension file to the new bankers but it is not done till date. Since three moths have been elapsed and my new banker shal not be in position to release my pension from this month if the originals of above documents is not despatched by SBI,CPPC, Chandni Chowk .My new banker has requested several times and repeated reminders also issued for expeditious despatch .I myself also sent protracated emails to AGM, /chief manager SBI C/chowk with request to despatch all papers in original , BUT,The SBI ,CPPC authorities are sleeping on the file.I shal be the sufferer due inaction and inordinate delay on the part of SBI,Therefore I am appraoching you to kindly take up my case with SBI,CPPC, chandichowk by giving them time frame for despatch of my pension file in original to my new banker before closure of this month so that I may be able to continue with my pension Pl. Sir,
I am an army pensioner retired on 31.05.1982 from 10th Garhwal Rifles and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. Recently, I met with an accident and found my hip fractured. After the surgery of my leg/ hip, I am unable to walk freely and staying with my son at H-2/114, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi.
I came to know that my pension is not credited into my account since November 2007 perhaps due to non submission of Life Certificate by me due to poor health and memory. I submitted the Life Certificate to SBI Pauri in July 2010 and when contacted on the phone, it was informed that my case is sent to CPPC Delhi.
It is requested that kindly look into the matter and release my pension from November 2007(and revised pension w.e.f.1.1.2006) at the earliest please. My details are as under:

My mother died in 14 Dec, 2010 reg her pension all document i submitted in your branch in SBI, Raghubir Nagar, New Delhi As sine Feb, 2011 still my mother's pension not closed and balance amount not to return to me therefore i requested to you that please take necessary action against my this mail i shall be grateful to you. Upto now there is no further action from bank they just told us that waiting your reply only once they receive reply from you they will release the rest amount to me .

SBI CPPC, Chandni Chowk/ Pension — Dispatch of original papers and pension file to new banker
Dear Sir/ Madam,I had applied for transfer of my pension A/c ( Pension A/c # [protected], File# 791, Code# 0624) from SBI Bulhandshahr to SBI Kharghar on 29th May, 2010. I have been following up with SBI Bulandshahr branch on regular basis and the only update they give me that they have forwarded my application to SBI CPPC, chandi-chowk and that there is no response from their end. It is highly frustrating to see this inaction and lack of sensitivity. Therefore, I am appraoching you to kindly take up my case with SBI,CPPC, chandi-chowk & request them to dispatch my pension file in original to my new banker.
