I don't understand what the fuss is about, it is just a human error. I know Times Of India is supposed to set standards and all... But the reporters are human beings too... I don't see any reason for you to be complaining here, instead you could have written to the Times Of India editor pointing out the error...

TOI — grievance of one of your valuable customer
Dear Sir,I have subscribed for 6 months package on 10th of August.Mobile No: [protected]
One of your executive(The name Srikanth) has come and collected money of Rs.180 on the same day.He has given me the commitment date as 16/10/2010.
But until now i dint even recieve a single issue from TOI. And the executive dont want to talk with me it seems,he is avoiding my calls.
I called TOI Office so many times and lodged complaint in vain,the simple quotation they will provide is"You will get the news paper from tommarrow" i cant understand when thier tommarrow will come.They must know the answer.
Its not the matter of money or time ,its the commitment and honesty with which you support the customers.By going throuh all these episodes i cant comment on your services.
I would appreciate if atleast after seeing my grievance you do respond.
