I have been receiving TOI epaper on my ipad one year old since 29/12/2021 till today . I am receiving eppaper dated 29/12/2020 instead of 29/12/2021 and so on. I request you to look into matter....

No response of my concern...

I am the subscriber of toi and informed that to deliver toi English along with times of Maharashtra marathi. I have contacted with local agent of toi but till today marathi mt is not delivered by you. I am again requested to deliver toi English along with times of Maharashtra marathi immediately....

I have subscribed for 1year news paper times of india in march 2019 to feb 2020 upto oct 2019 i got regular delivery of newspaper but from nov it was irregular absolutely nil supply of newspaper. I reported to supplier at chandimandir can't about he neglected and given reason about unavailability of delivery boy. I also tried to contact toi chandigarh but didn't get not positive reply from them, also lodge complaints twice in this portal...

Last month received agreement on 13th aug’19, now want to withdraw. They are charging me 75000/- as a cancellation charges on my deposit amount.in the agreement, no where it is mentioned about the cancellation charges. Request to kindly refund my complete amount along with the interest on the amount paid by me, as they have done fraud. Without approval from concern authority they have sell the flat...

I am repeatedly approaching on whatsapp number [protected] for the last one month for the subscription offer for toi # et at hyderabad. But there is no postive response till date. Hope you will make awake the concerned person and instruct him to attend the job and be focus on customer care. If he is not interested to do the job than shift him to some other deptt whre he is not connected to customers. Now adays unemployment is rising so he...

I am a resident of mumbai and a toi reader for the last many years. I had opted for receiving the ecomonic times along with the times as per the offer printed on the front page of toi. I had been receiving the same till two months ago but thereafter my vendor has stopped supplying eco times telling me that he has asked the concerned authorities in toi to supply it for us so that he can give it to us. He also gave us the mobile no of the area...

Subscribed to TOI yearly subscription. I had shifted to a new address on 23oct, 2016. And from then I have been following up to get the paper delivered to new address. At the time of subscription vendor told me it will done in a week's. Your customer care promised it will be done by 16nov.Super harrassment by tour team and their pathetic service. Nothing other than stupid apologies and fake replies I have recieved till date....

I subscribed a joint offer subscription of toi and et thru a call from times group vide id 3428883 to be started from ist oct 2016.
But to my surprise the vendor asked me to pay rs480 ie rs 40 for each month.
My question is
1) if these charges are approved by the times group if yes then why...
2) neither the call center executive from toi nor the person who picked the cheque and got the papers signed informed me...

I have not been delivered of newspaper since 1/5/16 although i have paid a prepaid union bank of india cheque no:055850 dated 14/08/15. My id no is [protected] and nba024545. The dsa code is cr5207.
I stay in chennai & my residential address is 13/11 st. Marys road, perambur, chennai - 600011. I understand that the paper is to be delivered till july end.
I am sorry to say that even last year i had the same problem...

M/S P.K. NEWSPAPERS Agency, 180/C, Sainik Farms, New Delhi-110062 (Mobile no [protected]/ [protected]), is delivering News papers -"Times of India And Economical Times" in C-5, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. We have following complaints against him-
1) Forcing delivery of magazine ' DIVA" every week on Thursday . Although there is no mention of this magazine on Thursday's newspaper price.

I am writing to object the cheap and dirty concept of Cadbury Choc. on Front page. A newspaper is supposed to inspire young minds, instead showing way 'To Kiss me' with choc on lips? Good inspiration to our young Gen. God save our country....
