2nd Reminders. PROBLEM IS STILL UNSOLVED
Sir,
Last month on 6th I had been to Godbandar Road’s R Mall where there was a stall of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. in Central Mall in which I has subscribed for Top Gear for which I had paid Rs. 780.00 as annual subscription fees. A receipt for which had been issued to me under receipt no. 29016 dated 06.10.11 and it was told to me that from next month (i.e. Nov.’11) the magazine will be delivered at my postal address. There was also a promotional offer of free DVD gift pack for which I was told that it will also be delivered to me with my 1st copy . But I fail to say that till date I have not received any copy of the magazine nor the gift pack.
I am continuously in follow up on your helpline number mentioned on the receipt since last 10 days, but there is no response from your end in this matter. I am attaching the copy of receipt herewith for your reference.
Kindly do the needful and get back to me at the earliest.

Since last one month I am regularly sending you a complaint regarding non receipt of Top Gear Magazine Subscribed at R-Mall, Godbandar Rd., Thane on 6.10.11 for which i had also paid the cash amt. of Rs. 780.00 and a receipt had been issued to me by your company person Mr. Ram. The receipt no. is 29016 dated 6.10.11. I was told that from next month i.e. Nov.'11 I will start getting the magazine at my postal address and there was also a promotional scheme of free DVD gift pack along with the subscription and that was also supposed to be delivered along with the 1st magazine. But i fail to say that till date I have not received the magazine nor the gift pack and for it I am constantly in followup through mails and telephone. I have also received 3 calls from your end and also had a talk with Mr. Ram. On every conversation , it was told to me that your problem will be resolved at the earliest , but till date there is no solution for the same.
In this competitive market if we get such response from a well know company like yours , then what should we expect from others.This shows how much concerned is your company about its customers and it does not believes in after sales service which is very much important in today's competitive market.
I am attaching the copy of the receipt provided to me for your reference.
I hope after this mail i will get an remarkable solution to my problem.

Dear Mr clarkson I was shocked on all top gear episodes you insult the environment .cows .belody.captain slow.gordon ramsey you clarkson of a sorry for language its because it rimes and you destroyed a mistsubishi evo 7 on you army thing .i miss that evo how dear cant be bothered etc bbc give this complaint to clarkson and show it live on there next episode of top gaer
