[Resolved]  Top Technologies — Hoax alerts without responding any requests

Dear Sir,



This is in reference to my SBI credit card bearing number[protected]. In this connection, I would like to inform you that as a credit card customer I was operating a SBI credit card since 2005. In the month of April’2008 I was received an invoice from SBI credit card division showing my current outstanding due was 2542.12/- along with all late fine & taxes. But unfortunately I could not make the payment on time for some of my personal cause. Later on, again when I was received a reminder from SBI on Aug’2008 to clear up my full & final outstanding amount of Rs 5,352/- (Rs Five thousand Three hundred fifty two only) then I was decided to issue a cheque of amount Rs 5,300/- (Rs Five thousand three hundred only) via HDFC bank bearing cheque no 696100 on dated[protected].After reconciliation with bank, the same cheque was debited from my account on dated[protected] towards SBI credit card. Beside these, I was informed the Customer care division of SBI to make my card non operational as I was noticed few discrepancies in my earlier invoice. As time goes on, again I was start getting an alerts to clear my previous balance of Rs Fifty Two Only (52/-) from SBI repeatedly month after month. Accordingly, I was issued a cheque of amount Rs Seventy Six (76/-) including all earlier late fines with cheque no. 756847 on dated[protected] via HDFC bank towards SBI credit card division & same instrument was debited from my account on dated[protected] after being reconciled.



Few months back even though I was cleared up all my outstanding of SBI, again I was started getting several hoax alerts month after month repeatedly about an outstanding due of amount Rs Three thousand Six hundred Ninety three & sixty four only (Rs 3,693.64/-) without any justifications & my knowledge. Eventually, I have written a mail to Credit card division of SBI to get the explanations about it as it was beyond of my knowledge. Further more, I was surrendered my card a year back.



After repeatedly correspondence several mails from my side, one fine day I got a mail from SBI credit card division was explaining that two cheque’s were credited to my account but unfortunately not been realized the payment mentioning the date 09/07/2007 & 22/03/2007.Moreover, they did not furnish any details related to the transactions, corresponding bank from where the cheque’s were issued etc etc.So, again I was written a mail to them asking my those bounce cheque’s back or else furnish the details about the transactions & banking details so that I can do the reconciliations at my end but no response from their side so far. To be very surprised, I am getting an alert regarding my outstanding along with some additional late fines every month repeatedly without responding any of my queries which were informed to them earlier several times. As a customer I feel that this is a clear case of cheating & harassing a customer without responding any requests. Beside these, how the hell all of a sudden the above outstanding figure is pop up from as the said transactions were done more than two years back? Why not it was intimated to me if those cheques were bounced even though it was beyond my imagination? Why not they were taken some actions on proper time if any discrepancies were noticed by them? All these are made my life miserable.



So I hereby request you by this mail to take some appropriate measures against these divisions so that it will prevent harassing a customer like me any more in the near future.
