[Resolved]  Touchnet — Extra Fees demanded by the employee

It is to inform you that i have taken an internet connection in gurgaon power grid colony sector-46.I previously had the 15 day plan but due to more work i took unlimited plan of Rs.399 .However i made the cash payment of 1 month i.e.12 july 2011-12 august 2011 when the employee of touchnet came to my house.As i am working in one of the school in gurgaon, the employee of touchnet would have come to my house to take payment of another month but due to school hours it might be locked.He again came to my house on 02 september 2011 and demanded 90 rupees extra as his compensation and also complaining and threatening about the disconnection of internet services.I turn him out of my house.
So, the consumers are being harrassed in various ways as i would like to ask that i use the internet and pay for it. if somebody come to my house without informing than it is not my fault to pay compensation.
