[Resolved]  Toyota Corolla (Infinium Toyota) — Gear Shift problem and wrongly sold product

Before 1 month i called the dealer (Only 1 dealer available in city and that is why he is playing with customer). Name of the Dealer : Infinium toyota http://www.infiniumtoyota.com/

I want to buy altis but they agreed to sell me the old model of corola at good price.
I wanted to by altis but they made me fool. They also didn't gave me test ride of the corolla.
They given me the test ride of Altis.

To clear their old stock they fooled me.

I bought the old corolla and on delivery time i found that the gear shifting is very hard. I called the sales person name Ronak Patel and he insulted me by saying: Sir you dont understand. It is like that only.

I surprised as i am driving many cars and i dont know.

than i said ok may be i am wrong and than i again came back to the dealer and that time again they said nothing wrong in it.

I said when i am standing outside the car and some one shifting the gear i can hear it outside. Than they took my car for 10 min and say sir now there is no problem.

They told come after a month or 1000kms we will check again.
I went there after 850kms and one month they said the same. No problem at all.

I said i have to pull the gear very hard. but no help from them.

I call the TKM people at toyotabharat and spoke to Rupa about the same and complain.

than i got a call from Hetal who is with Customer relation at infinium toyota and shout on me how can you call them and complain this and that.

I said i am sorry i was expecting a humble voice with solution.

Is this the way to behave with your customer?

Sales person Mr. Manoj Patel (Who has given the wrong invoice and still not helping. I paid INR 10, 10, 000.00 and got the invoice of only INR 10, 04, 000.00

I have tried to contact Mr. Ajai Jain, CEO of Infinium Toyota but they are not passing my phone to them. They are very rich and can do anything. They are just making fun out of me.
When i say anything they laugh on me.

Please help.

Sorry, to hear ur story. But, pls take more decisive action against them, instead of worrying.

First of all, i[censored] r sure they cheated u, pls consult a consumer court lawyer and file a case against inifinium toyota with the evidences u have.

I think u should have made payment by checque/dd/cc. I[censored] have paid by cash, it is not easy to catch them by invoice problem.

Also, pls avoid thinking that they are rich and they can come after u and stop taking action becoz of it. Even, if they are rich, not all will take bad route so quickly for matters like this.

Once, u send them notice most probably they will come to u for negotiation and u can make them hear u. I[censored] have valid points againts them, u can win the case easily. Even, i[censored] dont have strong evidence, just put a case, they will listen to u. Also, dont forget to notify Toyota bharat about this incident again and case against infinium.

In india, problem is no one comes forward to bring these kind of people to justice, thats why they commit the same mistake again and again.
I am vijaykumar.Propriator of rajyalaksmi exports, Hyderabad.As i buyed the innova car on sep 28th.But till now we have not yet received any RTA, temeprory Registration number.Daily as i am going in a taxi with Rs 2000.I couldnt move my car outside due to the registartion number.Already we hav bought 2 vechiles from harsha toyota, Hyderabad.Now which we have taken this innova from durbo company.This durbo company is having a very bad service many people are suffering due to these issues.As i am going to talk wid a electronic media regarding dubro company.

Toyota is a company of words. They treat Indian Customers very bad. When they introduced Corolla to Indian Market they did not even give ABS for such a powerful car. It Hyundai with their advertising the comparision between elantra and Corolla highlighted this defect and made them instal ABS. Such is the mind of Customer first Toyota. I hear they also treat their employees very badly. Fed up with their attitude even their famous CEO Swamy left and joined Volkswagen.
I would like informed that Car JKA1668 ( MSIG/Insurance)Sum Insurance is Rm.58.000.00 and this amount requested by UMW/JB and all market price / information was given from UMW TOYOTA MOTOR SDN BHD/ JB ( Ms.Linda / Admin assistant ) but I received a bad news from UMW WORKSHOP/JB on 1/12/2010, They said ' I need to pay more than 10% for repairing cost and reason is 'currently Car market price is RM.65.000.00 and my currently Car Insuranse amount not enough to cover for repairing cost.In this case, I have called UMW TOYOTA MOTOR SDN BHD/JB but they (UMW/JB) didn't give me an answer and as information from UMW/JB, they already know this involved Salegirl provided a wrong market price to me(customer) but UMW/JB They never take action for this case. I hope all of you know, How we trust UMW TOYOTA MOTOR SDN BHD is a good service ??? PLEASE CAN YOU SHOW ME A UMW TOYOTA GOOD SERVICE ?????????????????????????????????????????????????

Pls take note, I never ask them (UMW /JOHOR BAHRU, MALAYSIA) reduce my Insurance amount ( Ms.Lida / Admin assistant )

I hope all of you can understand that's not fair for me and this Sum Insurance was given from UMW TOYOTA MOTOR SDN BHD (JOHOR BAHRU MALAYSIA).



Please advice ASAP as my Car still under repair.
