[Resolved]  Trackon Courier — Misbehavior of employee and asking for extra money

Sir ,
i had booked an item via ebya which was sent through "Trackon Courier" by the "AWB No.[protected]" , when the delivery man came , he talked rudely about not finding the address though i had given the full and most sufficent address along with house number . Also due to this reason he was asking extra money (bribe) , which i had not given . But this is a shame on the trackon courier services and also it caused very inconvinience to me .
i think you will take necessary action on that delivery man in burhanpur office.
