This is my third experience when i am using trackon service & i feel this is the company where all the employees are lazy and they don't bother for any customer complaints. Couriers are lying in their offices but they never dare to deliver it on time. After many reminders we have to get it collected by ourselfs. This is the pathatic service. for example you can track the docket no.[protected]

Trackon Couriers — regarding exchange of parcled items
My slip no is[protected] parcled on 6 of this month..it has been posted on original address but the items inside it has been exchanged...the cover has also been changed...its a veri high matter...see to it urgently..couriour not delivered on time
