Dear Sir, I have sent one packet containing important documents From New Delhi to Bolpur(Shantiniketan) West Bengal vide consignment no[protected] Dt 14thJuly, 2008. But it is regretted till date it has not reached the destination.The local contact number of Bolpur as provided by the local agent is always switched off or not reachable. Moreoever the Track on Courier have not provided any e.mail in their site where I can lodge my complain. I therefore request you to please help me so that the packet is delivered to the addressee.
