[Resolved] Trackon Courier — Courier not delivered | |||
I have send the courier throught trackon on friday but still it is not delievered , dock no. =[protected]. When i have contacted there faribadbad and ambala number they told me that they have forward the couried to next point but not responsible for it , they cant response me properly and cut my phone during conversation. It is really disgusting attitude from trackon workforce . They also told me that if courier is missing they are not responsbile for it. Plz do the needful and take strict action against them. I have sent a parcel contains 30 copies of my magazine from Mumbai (Andheri) to Allahabad on 25th October 2008 vide consignment no.[protected]. Still I am waiting for delievery to my mentioned address. Many times I tried to contact them, but I found they are almost irresponsible, rude, and non-cooperative.

When I contacted the TRACKON Courier on phone..They said that address is wrong and courier went back.
AGain I called the people they informed that they will findout and will give me the status on that.
But till now no responce from the TRACKON. Its really an important documnet couriered to me.
Then contacted my collegue in PUNE and came to know that he also mentioned my Contact number on the courier.
I did not get any call from the TRACKON people. For your information I am staying at the mentioned address for more than 8 years.
It seems that the service is the worst I ever came across.

When I enquired here at Bangalore office Ph no:[protected] on 12nd Feb for the delivery there is no proper responce from the staff & even they did not pickup the phone.I tried to call them around 50 times.

I HAVE BOOKED ONE MODI XEROX PRINTER FOR DELIVERY FROM CHANDIGARH TO AGRICULTURE OFFICER, SANGAT, DISTT. BHATINDA VIDE DOCKET NO.[protected] ON DATED 16.09.2008. BUT IT IS NOT DELIVERED UPTILL NOW. I WANT TO KNOW FOR THE DELIVERY, BUT NO RESPONSE WAS GIVEN BY THE CONCERNED AGENCY HOLDER.

Trackon Couriers — Missing Content of Parcel
HiI had sent a courier from Gurgaon to Mumbai on 19th Nov 2008 docket num[protected] with the assurance that it would reach max by 21st. I had declared the contents of the parcel and its value at the time (bookset + watch). The parcel however did not reach on 21st. After calling them 2-3 times it was delivered on the 22nd of Nov. However only the bookset was there in the parcel - the watch had been stolen. On contacting their call centre to lodge the complaint (Very difficult), there was no response - instead they mentioned that watch should not have been sent at all. They just gave a complaint num (7652) after which there was no response/result at all even after following up.
