[Resolved] Trackon Courier — package not delivered and status unknown by customer care executives

my POD no. is[protected] which was couriered by my mother from lucknow trackon courier service , mahanagar on 30th june 2011 and till today i have not recieved the courier. and when we are calling at customer services then executives hang up customer phones and remain busy talking amongst themselves. this is the case with executives in the head office of trackon courier in delhi. when we called at trackon courier service , vadodara then executives said that she was busy having lunch so plz call later. this is the customer service provided by this courier service. till today i.e. 7 th july we have not recieved our package and we are not sure whether we vl reieve it or not.
i wud suggest that plz do not use TRACKON services for sending ur parcels as it is the worst courier service in india. as we are suffering , we wud not recommend other to suffer.plz do not avail services of TRACKON COURIER SERVICE.

We have send Courier Manjusar ( Savli, Baroda) to Mumbai but Party not except so courier return to
Baroda but till date we have not received my Courier.

we have send courier dt-03/12/2011 & return to Baroda Dt-20/12/2011.

Courier Track on No[protected].

We have call & contact to your Baroda Office but not received any reply.
