[Resolved] Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. — Broken Perfume Bottle delivery | |
Dear Sir, I sent a Perfume bottle from Mumbai to Pune by Trackon Couriers from their Borivli branch. My docket Number is 85713883 and I was asked to declare the contents on the form provided by the courier guy. I filled it mentioning that it contains a Perfume bottle and color Sketch Pens. The parcel got delivered on 3rd day which was suppose to be done on the following day in a broken condition. Bottle was completely crushed. I called up their customer care and spoke with Varsha. She said that if it was declared in advance, the person who took the order should return your money. I called up the Trackon office in Borivli and spoke with Mr. Rai and Mr. Jha, both of them were rude and did not bother to my complaint. When I asked for the incharge person Mr. Ghanshyam Choudhary, I was given the answer that he is out of town for 10 days and I should never expect any returns from them I appeal to all the readers not to use Trackon Couriers anytime as they look to be very arrogent and irresponsible people who are not interested in serving people. sir, i have sent a parcel from coimbatore to salem . the courier people missed the parcel, i have asked at coimbatore office named mr. kannan, there is no responsible . even there is no respect .so pls dont send any thing through this courier

i have sent a courier on 21/02/2008 today its 27/02/08 ,from mumbai(kalina) to ratnagiri.The people incharge in ratnagiri have said that they have delivered the courier on 25/02/08 which is not actually , and on making several phone calls they are not even giving a back up call of what the status is and even the status on the internet site has not been upgraded, so can u pls tell me how i should handle the situation.
