My name is Deepak sharma. I just want to aware my fellow consumers that trackon couriers are a really bad courier company. On 03/08/2010, I send a local courier at sector 40. But my lawyer yet not gets those documents that I send through this company. When I do complaint to the owner he abuse me and advice me that why you send your document by courier. Main puchhna chahte hu ki agr Kisi ko problem hai tbhi vo courier krta hai. Agr ap logo k bs ki nhi hai company chlani to salo khol k kyo bethe ho. I request to authority people that they must take action against trackon couriers pvt limited. I was abused by the owner of the branch located at swasthic vihar, mdc sector 5 panchkula. Meri Mr. narang (mob-[protected]) se bat hui thi unka kehna hai ki jaker meri consumer court me complaint krdo, ukhad lo mera jo ukhadte ho. Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd/ — Bad service
My relative has sent me a courier vide AWB No.[protected] through Trackon Courier on 29th of November from Andheri (in Mumbai) to be delivered to my office in Goregaon (in Mumbai) and I have still not received the same.Trackon Courier has mis-routed it twice (first sent it to some branch in Andheri and then to Fort) and I was told that it would again go to their Andheri office before being forwarded to their Goregaon branch.
However, the staff was very rude in talking and had frustration with his company about this mis-routing thing and instead of sorting it out internally, he gave me the consumer service number to talk and handle it myself.
None of the numbers he provided [[protected] ] are reachable as either they are constantly busy or no body picks the call.
I am extremely angry as I want to lodge a complaint against the company and its horrible services.
Please help in this regard.
