Dear Sirs
Our headoffice from Mumbai had sent an urgent courier for us on the 24.10.2008 under CN[protected] and till date the same has not been delivered to us. On enquiry from their Delhi office we couldnot get any information and moreover their Manager Mr. Rajesh was very rude and abusive and threatening and banged down the phone without giving any information about the courier.
Mr. Rajesh is not fit to be a manager they way he spoke. This is not the first time that this sort of thing has happened to us.
You can see from your site the number of complaints have been received against this company.
For not receiving the above mentioned courier we have lost our goodwill in the market...who will compensate us for this loss.

We Max Energy Pvt. Ltd. Nashik (Maharashtra) have booked one Document to New Delhi Vide docket No.[protected] dtd. 30.04.2009. This docket is containing very very important documents. The said docket has neither delivered to concerned party nor received back to us. Motherthan 12 days has been passed. We have lodged complaint to your local office at Nashik but till date this matter has been solved. We had enquired to Delhi Office, as per their information they have sent the document Back to Mumbai on[protected] but Mumbai office is telling us this docket is untraceable.

Hence we once again request you to make the arrangement to deliver the document back to us immediately. We are facing very much problem hence request you to do the needful immediately.

I booked a packet on 18-01-10 for delivery at Durgapur (WB) with a franchise (at CR Park) of the Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd., C-143 Naraina Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-110028.. The packet is yet to be received by the addressee. The most interesting and suggestive thing is that, there is no e-mail address of the company given in their website!

Trackon Couriers p. ltd.Mumbai — Non delivery of goods.

A parcel was booked on 18/05/2011 vide[protected] to PUNE. Till today (26/05/2011) consignee says he has not received the parcel.Where as the point of booking says that from his computer entry that parcel has been delivered on 21/05/2011. I have two queries 1. Till today there is no delivery of parcel to the consignee why?2. who will bear the cost of loss of time, business? 3.Refund of Rs.70 paid to the booking point to me.
Now that the consignee is in MUMBAI what is the fate of the parcel?
PL. ADVISE THE ACTION I SHOULD SUCH SITUATION.

TRACKON COURIERS PVT LTD — courier delivery

my courier was booked from jaipur to bangalore.......it contained LR and invoices....i had booked it through air cargo...through trackon couriers...
booking date was 29/12/2011,i have still not received it from them....when i call them...they tell me to come and collect it.
this is not courier service and they do ntot respond correctly.i have incurred losses due to their negligent service and my goods are stuck at vrl office,because my LR is in the courier...
please take strict action against this company....my losses and mental agony are unbearable.
