[Resolved]  traffic — bribery

today i caught by a traffic police near chennai airport while going to interview... i din wear helmet... i knew the fine for not wear'ng helmet is Rs.50.. but that asked me 100... i gave 50.. fa tat he doesnt give me compliant receipt... so i asked.. fa tat he grabbed 100 bucks from my wallet without any menace.and his talks were disrespectfull.. on that tym only i come 2 know these CHENNAI TRAFFIC POLICE MOTHER[censored]ERS are world's big ...
Hope any of Govt servants ll take some actions on deze beggers after posting diz comment..
