[Resolved] Traveleasy.com — Refund for an Airline Ticket | |||
I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore for 09th June 2013 for two people. My Booking code is : GT27564. The booking was cancelled by TravelEasy due their inability to connect to GoAir.in. The booking date was 1st May and cancellation by TravelEasy was on the same day. Following this, I tried to call customer representatives at least 10 times in last 15 days for refund. There was no proper response from Refunds Department.They kept telling twice that the refund would be made on the next day there by giving false hopes.They keep telling me that the refund will be given next morning and their morning never comes. I would not recommend this booking portal to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||

Traveleasy.com — Not reliable
I cancelled a ticket and its more than a week they are not processing the refund.The staff itself is clueless and say our SIR knows... And wonder where is sir???? Will come after an hour..
Better go for direct booking from airlines even if agents give you a ticket for free....
