[Resolved]  Travelguru, Mumbai — Non refund of cancellation amount even after 3 months

Hi,

I am P Basavaraju, booked hotel stay at ooty for 2 days(Aug 13-15) through Travelguru - Mumbai (www.travelguru.com) on[protected] booking ID TGUA[protected].

Ammount deposited INR 2552/- in to travelguru account on[protected].

But due to personal urgency i had to cancel my Ooty trip on Aug[protected] well before 5 working days.

Per cancellation charges given with booking confirmation voucher i am eligible for refund amount minus admin charges of INR 20/-

All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of travelguru.com. All refunds will be made by cheque.

After repeated email exchanges and calling up customer service support(Everytime i had to wait for que and talk to different people with no resolve) dillydailing for 3 months so refund arranged. Travelguru responded with assurances of arranging my refund in next 48 works and always proved wron assurances.
