[Resolved] Travelguru, Mumbai — Non refund of cancellation amount even after 3 months | |||
Hi, I am P Basavaraju, booked hotel stay at ooty for 2 days(Aug 13-15) through Travelguru - Mumbai (www.travelguru.com) on[protected] booking ID TGUA[protected]. Ammount deposited INR 2552/- in to travelguru account on[protected]. But due to personal urgency i had to cancel my Ooty trip on Aug[protected] well before 5 working days. Per cancellation charges given with booking confirmation voucher i am eligible for refund amount minus admin charges of INR 20/- "Dear Basavaraju Perikala, Thank you for booking with travelguru.com. Travelguru responded with assurances of arranging my refund in next 48 works and always proved wron assurances. Thanks issue is resolved by refund check of Rs 2252 against confirmed Rs 2552 by travelguru.
