Treton.com — Services not done as per agreement | |||
Dear sir, I want to complaint against a placement service company treton.com. They are like naukri.com having their web site for job search. I came to know this by tele caller. I visited their office and met Ms.Indu who is a manager/owner their. She explained me about the job portal and explained the different rate structures for the display of my resume in their job portal. I said her that I am not interested in this things as I have no faith in this kind of display and all as there will not be any response to this kind of things as I already expereinced with that in naukri.com. Then she told me they are unlike naukri.com and their company will talk to different clients of hers about my Cv and get an interview call and I will be mostly benefited out of it. So I accepted to take their service on the hope that their company will talk to their clients and I will get lot of interview calls soon. I have registered this in the month of Sep 2009. But till today I have not got a single interview call through them. I called Indu several times but no response till date. She asked me to write a mail to her in [protected]@treton.com I did it . but no reply from them yet. I agree that there is no written agreement for talking to their clients about my Cv but she orally agreed and till date convincing people like that only to get her clients, This is a mere cheating and I want to get redressal. Absolutely right, same case, got Cheated by Indu...Pl do not go to them... nothing works out, you will just lose money.
First of all, treton.com is not a placement agency as mentioned by Mr. Balasubramanian, it only displays resumes as per the chosen catagories. they also mention clearly in their terms that the payment made towards the display is for one year & offers no guarantee nor warranty on the responses. The reciept with the detailed terms is duly signed by the subscriber at the time of subsription. So nothing is hidden since you agree to the terms before subcription.
I totally agree to this blog. Treton.com is sure a fraud. I dont think they have placed anyone till date. Look at the following complaint blog as well

Can we all collectively file a Consumer Case? I know we dont have the right documents. But there has been deficiency of service. A job site is supposed to give us a job. Atleast help us.. They have done neither. A collective petition will surely help!!

I TOTALLY Agree to this.
Looks like I was their new guinea pig.
Facts to claim that TRETON is fraud
1. On phone they mention Rs. 900/- only for the year
2. When you go to their shabby office the lady in the cabin says it is Rs. 900/- for one category, i[censored] take for more than one category you have to pay Rs. 700 /-. Like that I was asked to pay Rs. 3750 + 10.3% Service Tax i.e. in Total Rs. 4136/-
3. When enquired that the options were not explained she surprisingly asks me if dint the lady explain on phone.
4. She bluntly asks for Rs. 125/- cash towards card swipe charges.
5. Pushes me to take up resume drafting services. She points at Level II resume for the cost of Rs. 2950/-. I was fine with the level II package – but requested the lady that I shall pay only after the month.
6. I kept getting calls asking for the money.
7. Today I receive a call again for the money claiming that the resume is ready and the cost is Rs. 4900/- and claims that I had chosen Level III in resume rafting. There has been a dispute in every transaction with them. A total shady experience.
PLEASE BE AWAY FROM TRETON AND PEOPLE RUNNING THIS

Let me develop the body for your advertisement " We lure candidates by praising them, charge a bomb for services we never provide and excel at making false promises. We beat competiton hands down when it comes to cheating people, in fact we care to send you the most in appropriate and unsuitable job openings ever. Not only that, we promise customized support to every candidate and in return, we don't even care to call up the candidate once we have taken money from them.

Actually Treton is cheat, they have taken huge money from me, has not been able to provide any of the single service they promised including resume development. Do we need to think of engaging a lawyer. Please view.
I am with you...we need to hire a lawyer and get our money back.

I am also one of them, has paid Rs. 16500/-, till they get the money you will be treated very well after that no response from them, One lady by name Indu is the big time cheater ( I am not getting the worst word to use). I will be filing a complaint shortly. Also I want to publish the same in media to prevent others.

I got a call from treton yesterday & i was very much impressed with their talk & decided to meet them today & pay 3900/- which they say personalised service. After going through all your comments, i have dropped my idea to visit them. Can some one suggest me best placement consultencies in Bangalore please ?

But one day i tried the experiment with Ms. Indu, she interviewed me about 25mins, which was help ful for me to brush up myself and prepare for actual .
however, once she explained the tariff, she was sittining on my shoulder and stressed me a lot to pay the money immediately.
luckily i didnt accepted and paid for it. BUT SHE WAS VERY WILD AGAINST ME.
I WAS FULLY DIVERTED MY FOCUS TO ESCAPE FROM THAT BASEMENT OFFICE.

Even I have been cheated by them. Now this Indu is known as Lakshmi, I believe. She was pushing me to buy a year long package, but I went for 6 months only. And I haven't yet recieved any services from there side. Everytime I call her, I am assured that services will start in 2-3 days. Seems to be a big time cheat. Stay away from them. How can I recover my money???
Some clarification on above comment. My assumption about Ms Indu and Ms Lakshmi being same person was wrong. Ms Indu and Ms Lakshmi are different persons. I have started receiving my services from 26th of April 2012. I hope to get engaged in a job soon. SO the cheating thing holds invalid in present circumstances. I received 3 job information from them, they seem to be good and valid. I have applied for them. I still would say, there had been a considerable delay in providing the services (45 days out of 180 days of subscription are lost). Anyways, I should remove my above comment. Somehow, I am not able to do so. I hope my present comment does the necessary job.
we need to send this messages to as many job aspirants as possible so that thet are coutious when dealing with these cheats.
