[Resolved]  triveni ferrous infrastructure pvt.ltd — Meeting for all creditors on 09.09.12

I, had applied for a plot of 160 sq yards in the proposed project of Triveni Ferrous Infrastructure (P) Ltd at Faridabad.
Initial booking amount, for Rs.2,50,000 was paid vide ICICI, Noida, Cheque No.796129 dated 30.12.05.
We are by now, fully aware that the company has is a cheat, prone to fraudulent methodologies.

Our common interest lies in recovering our money.

The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to Mr.Madhur Mittal, for an Explanatory Statement under Section 393 of the Companies Act, 1956.

The meeting is to be held at

Executive Club
439, Village Shahoorpur
P.O.Fatehpur Beri,
New Delhi

Time & Date of meeting for Unsecured Creditors- 09/09/2012 at 11. 00 a.m.

This letter(8 pages) was received by one of the creditors who had filed a complaint in the Consumer Court-Mr.R.P.Singh
However, most o[censored]s have not received this letter and on calling the Triveni office, Mr.Vikas
(from Triveni) said that he is willing to give the letter provided I visit their office and sign some document?????
He did not answer, when asked, about the details of this “new” letter that they expected us to sign, in lieu of the Delhi High Court letter.

Their office has shifted yet again to,

Mohan Estate Extension,
Mathura Road

I urge all of you,who have been misled by Triveni-Ferrous to please come and attend this meeting and pass the word on to all thiose you know, trapped in a similar situation.
The Delhi High Court representative should see for themselves, the sheer number of people they have duped!!!!!!
