Amount : Rs. 2648 /-
Treatment for : Father of an employee

Status : Claim was raised in Dec'2008. Shortfall document was received by you in Jan'09.
Complaint : Evn after 5 months claim is not settled. No new update except the typical answer "Claim is under process."

Please let me know what is the problem and why is it delayed so much ? Pl. call back.
