To cut a long story short, i had ordered for a bottle of tuborg at Swagath (a restaurant in New Delhi) and i was quite shocked to see something which is either an insect or some piece of plastic floating in it. Thankfully it was a reasonably well lit restaurant and this could be spotted (unlike other bars and clubs where the insect/plastic would have been ingested). Moreover, this was spotted before the bottle was open and i have the bottle with me to share as a prized example of what quality standards are being passed on to consumers.
Moreover i have written to tuborg and after repeated reminders i get a call telling me that they can replace the bottle for me which is cheeky to say the least. I doubt if they are at all concerned about hygiene.
