We have purchase one TVS Electronic Cash Register from TVS.But there is no spare support at all. We make several follow up to them. But unfortunately there are no response from such a so called brand.
we purchase TVS printer Sr. no-LB048D035705 month of Jan 2013. first of all I would like to inform that your product is not up to market stranded over above your customer care person do not take to the customers.on 25.07.2013 at 11.00 hrs I forwarded complaint but till date & up to 17.45 hrs no action has been taken. If you are providing this type of good service I don't think some body will purchase your product.
