TVS Electronics — Thermal Printer

We have purchased two nos. of thermal printer, now from 2 months both the printer having issues or not working so for the same we have logged the complaint but after passing approx 2 months there is no response from the TVS, no person comes to the site to attend the issue, no call from TVS customer care even after mailing 10 times the condition is same... NO RESPONSE...!!
What kind of behaviour it is???
It's a very disappointing and unprofessional way which never expect from TVs.
