Manufacturing Defect - tvs scooty streek
I have purchased TVS Streak on 21.06.2011 from Authorised Dealer Kubera Motors based at Bangalore. From day two i have been complaining regarding the no free movement of back wheel but upto date there is no rectification of the problem. Simultaneously i have registered a complaint at the Customer Care. Complaint Number from TVS Motors (4571) which had to be resolved within 24 hours. But there is also no response from TVS Motors. When i have approached the service engineer who is based at Kubera Motors have spoken fowl language towards me. And have not responded to my problem. Today when i have called TVS Motors one Mr. Gowri Shankar has assured me to solve the problem but upto late night today there is no resolvment of the problem. If TVS Motors are not able to respond within the stipulated time and provide the solution. It is a clear picture of running away from their responsibilities and also it equivalent to cheating the customers. The dealer so called Mr.Dilip of Kubera Motors (dealer) don't know how to handle the customers he says you can complain wherever you want it means the dealer is also running away from the responsibilities. He has to say that he doesn't has any responsibilities once it is sold. As the liability lies with the company,you have to contact the company itself. If both the dealer the company doesn't responds to the customer then where the customer has to go.

After Investing my whole savings for the vehicle. Today i am suffering without vehicle. My whole money is stucked with TVS Motors. TVS Motors is big cheat company running away from their responsibilities.

I have posted this complaint in the month of 22-july-2011.Still now the problem is not rectified . From July to As on date , they took my vehicle and every time ,they said it is resolved. But after taking the vehicle ,the same problem is there. If they cannot rectify the problem as an date that means they have sold defective vehicle and they are dragging the issue withou any resolution and seriousness from them. I have invested my money and iam sufferring with the vehicle as i have purchased a second hand vehicle which is having so many complaints. On day 2 of purchase of this vehicle ,i have asked them to repalce the vehicle . But they have not done that and gave false commitments and false servicing and bluffed the customer. This is very pathetic service from TVS and they are making the customer to suffer like any thing. I am kindly requesting the TVS company , I dont want this vehicle. Please return my money back.
on 17-10-2011, as per the commitment by the employee of the Kubera TVS Motors, i have visited the showroom. The employee again said they are busy and the dealer is not available and asked me to come next day. I was frustrated with his answer and i said i want my vehicle to be rectified immediately.Then the dealer Mr Dilip, he came down and said that there is no complaint for ur vehicle , ur wantedly coming . He used very fowl language on me stating that he will throw me out of the showroom even though iam a lady. He said you can go to police station or consumer court and do wat ever you want. As a customer am i not having right to speak on my problem wer i have purchased.
I Think TVS company is sleeping and appointing such dealers who are not concerned about the customers. They Are looking only for the sale .After sales ,they are least bothered.
This is very very pathetic service from the TVS Compay and worst behaviour of their employees towrds the customers.
