I recently purchased a sccoty pep for my Dad who is 65+. It has been only 3 months since we has bought from a local TVS authorized dealer, but the bike seems to be stopping frequently in the middle of the road. It has been for service nearly 6 times. Towed many times. The service cente has been unable to fix it. Everytime it stops.
We are not sure if we could fix it in another service center since its in a warranty period and service in this "good for nothing" service center through out. Another service center might clearly charge us stating the other ar fault.
With the mental hardships, i am really in a mind to take legal action. he complaint is there is no current passing or some feeble current; I think we were given a faulty machine. What do you think we should do .
TVS does not seem to have any customer care centers for us to lodge our complaints. Was this information helpful? |
