[Resolved] TVS WEGO — faulty manufacturing and service failures | |||
Hi , I have purachased a new TVS Wego - White from Adayar service centre on 1 Jul 2011. From day 1, the problem has started with the bike and in turn mental agony raised up, which has blasted my long dream from coming true for buying a new bike. Obviously, now am a sufferrer. Kindly help me in getting my money refunded. I am not ready for any compromise, except for my money refund. (Rs. 57,047) Faults : 1) Bike getting pulled off to left side, automatically while driving 2) Air pressure does not stands up even for a day 3) Total vibration in the bike while driving 4) No smoother riding, as like , whichever they telecast nor highlight in their ads 5) Vehicle getting stopped automatically in signals when slowed down from 30/40 km speed itself. 6) Battery getting discharged even within a day. I have made 1 full service and 3 times repair for the same problems with the service centre, but of no use. And I was at the receiving end with their arrogant behaviour and attitude, inspite of my repeated complaints. My humble request to all those who are planning to buy this scooter. I am facing a similar problem with My Wego...I have taken my Wego N number of times to Service Centre and kept the bike for 7 days at Service Centre for rigorous testing.. still facing stopping problems..can you let me know how did you tackle ur problem..

I bought Wego in sep. After the first service in Neo service station on bannerghatta road, the head light stopped working and i had to go one more time to get it fixed! And when i gave my bike for second service, there was a dent on the bike. I refused to take it back from the service station but i was convinced by manager Kiran that they would replace it within a wk. Its 3 wks up & now Mary calls me to check if im satisfied with my bikes service. I explained about the dent. And i told her since it was not my fault, you will have to fix it the very same time i come there and not make me wait. Instead of apologising and listening, she passed the phone to her colleague saying she cant speak to me and i could hear her shout in the back ground. Your service sucks! Please hire people who can deliver good service..! Wonder whats in store for my next service..!!
I too have exact same problem. Got the fork changed, no use. Several visits to the service center didn't yield any resolution. Service center people not ready to listen. Even complaint in TVS website, no one bothered to revert. Pathetic bike and pathetic service. Now looking to sell and buy some other brand.
