TVS Star — No proper response from dealer
I serviced my two wheeler TVS Star from prakruthi motors in Jan by paying 7000 Rs. From that time the oil was leaking. Once again I serviced the vehicle on 25th Apr. Now the vehicle is not starting correctly. 2 times I visited their showroom for solving the Oil leakage and Starting problem. They are not bothered to attend and rectify. Instead of that they are asking charges for rectifying.Prakruthi is interested in only making money through services. they are not bothered about the customer satisfaction. There is no qualified engineers or technicians in prakruthi.
I am fed up with Prakruthi. Will TVS will help me. god only knows. I have given the complaint to TVS 2 times. Still no response from them. I think they are not bothered about customer satisfaction. they are interested in sales only

Yash motors satna — yash motors satna is not given properly service for bike service
Regarding yash motorsDearSir/Madam,
i have purchased a TVS Flame 12 months ago, i am facing more problems in my bike such as silecer problem, engine problems and bike body is heavy sound. but yash motors satna is not give me good service. but this nature is very hope less.
