[Resolved] Two Wheeler Loan From Bajaj Auto Finance — REGN. CERTIFICATE & KEY | |
Ref-: proposal no[protected] Dear sir, I had taken one loan for Bajaj CT-100 Dlx motor cycle from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd on 28th Sep 2005 at Balasore(Orissa). I had paid all the installments in due time & no more outstanding is laying in respect of my name/vehicle, but till today I have not got the Original Registration Certificate and Key of my vehicle after several requests and no one is there at Balasore Office to respond the complain. I also had been to Bhubaneswar Office for 3/4 times but they have no times to provide such types of services. I had also such type of problem during my loan period for INSURANCE. After several follow-ups & remindrs, I did not get the 3rd year Insurance till today which was done by you .So the after sale-service of Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd is very very poor. Dear sir, I had taken one loan for Bajaj Platina motor cycle from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd on 24th Feb 2007 at Balasore(Orissa). I had paid all the installments in due time & no more outstanding is laying in respect of my name/vehicle, but till today I have not got the Original Registration Certificate and Key of my vehicle after several requests and no one is there at Balasore Office to respond the complain. I also had been to Bhubaneswar Office for 3/4 times but they have no times to provide such types of services.
I had also such type of problem during my loan period for INSURANCE. After several follow-ups & remindrs, I did not get the 3rd year Insurance till today which was done by you .So the after sale-service of Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd is very very poor.
