I completely agree with you. As per the latest information, the company does not exist at all. They are not registered. They don't have any registration no.

Actually, they are a big fraud. They have cheated 100's of People.
I urge the Indian Govt. and the Delhi Govt. to take immediate action again U-turn housing Pvt. Ltd, silver city, jaipur.

Also, I urge all the buyers who have invested in this company at get together so that strong Legal action can be taken against these fraud people.

Yes it is true.U-Turn Housing(P) Ltd. has not been punctual.They booked our plots in 2006 and were unable to deliver them even after 2 years from 2006.Now after anothe 3 years they are sending legal notices through their lawyers telling that if the remaing amount/instalments together with 24% intt. and other misc. charges are not received then they will resell plots to other prospective buyers.First of all they failed to deliver plots in first 2 years.During that period prices went down .They took an advance at the rate of 3500.00 per sq, yd. from clients and now same is selling betweem 500-1500 per sq.yd. in Jaipur around Silver City.This way they will gain full profit whereas we will loose 60-70 % of basic price.Who is fooling whom?
It is requested that all allottees have ameeting in Delhi so that we can arrive to a decision as it appears they are not going to refund our hard earned money.We may have to take a legal course.Please leave your e-mail ID or mobile no. in this forum so that a meeting can be arranged in this regard.

I am also one of the investors .I also booked the plot in 2006 but immediately called for refund of my booking amount as I came to know from Jaipur that the rate of land they sold is only 500 to 1200 .U Turn in turn have been dilly dalling since then citing one excuse or the other like recession, real estate in doll drum etc etc .Off late when we pressurized too much- to me also -they have sent a legal notice asking for the balance payment of plot cost and then a letter for arbitration through arbitrator .I too feel they are full fraud and want to cheat us for our hard earned money by threatening legal actions /notices etc .Let all investors join and take legal action.

yes, i have also paid a full amount for a 200 sq. yard plot but whenever i ask for registration of the plot they simply try to pretend and say that registration can be done at any time. my e - mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. we can have a meet and decide for future coarse of acton.

One of the investors got back her $2.5 lakh from court. U-trun was directed by court to pay Rs 2.5 lakh for not giving allotment on time. Its a big motivation for all o[censored]s. I urge all investors to file a joint legal petition in court against U-turn pvt. LTD so that we can too get our money back.

Hi All,

I went to Utrun Housing pvt. Ltd. offfice. It was closed and non of the number is working.
I have made almost full payment but still didn't got anything in writing, no registration.

What should be the next step.
