No.[protected] of V N Solanki At Mehsana Amrut park society Visnagar LInk Road yours Biller Suresh Bill hand delivery on 30/10/2010 at my home Bill handover to me and carben cutoff the Bill Books and send my house I request to Sir Suresh yours Biller please not send carben in my house Sir Suresh asked me there is a rule o[censored]GVCL the carben send cunsumer house so please send me yours Rules of this issue or rules of state gov.or Govt. of India please send immideately so I will sorry to Sir Suresh yours Biller in writing but not a rules so please send me writing letter from yours Biller or yours controlling Office becouse of not a authorise by yours Biller to dirty of my House so please immedeate solve my compleain others wise I am go to Consumer court against you,
