I booked 2 plots in their CHIKUN GARDEN project in July 2009 by giving Rs200000/-, waited till July 2011 but they have nt agreed for registration (sale-deed), just keep on lingering the process. However I asked for refund and they agreed on 5th Aug 2011 and asked me to come to their office on 29th Aug to collect the cheque.

Also as said, they have given a cheque of Rs209500/ (YES BANK-Cheque No 156386) with refund date 5th Oct 2011. I agreed as I had no options left...On 7th Oct, I tried crediting that cheque but cheque got bounced due to insufficient fund in their account. While contacted them, they agreed to refund the money by online transfering the fund to my account by 11th oct 2011 but neither it happens nor any one is available for comments.
